So what you may ask are futuristic concepts.
This is a classification we have come up with for what some may see as a collection of mad ideas and others a chance to try out ideas that may be useful in the future, to seed the ideas of ways that new projects may be created or run.
The problem straight away is that some of the ideas we are going to be looking at in this section have already been seriously talked about and some may even already be involved in the policy of some developers. However we have chosen to class these at this point as futuristic concepts, in that, as of yet, we are not able to offer them.
So you may ask, if these are not available should we even want to talk about them. We feel that in brainstorming, looking at ideas, considering concepts yet to become part of the main way of doing things and more, can stretch the imagination and the mindset of developers as well as self build people, and perhaps even where they do not generate a project along the lines imagined, it may stir an interest in working with us, in joint ventures in other ways and in taking a wider more proactive approach to maximizing every opportunity.
