If you want to include a postal address for information, then we would be grateful if you would say "send two stamps to SBHC, Club Services, Po Box 887, Cheltenham, GL52 9WY". We prefer two stamps to a stamped addressed envelope as quite a few people send very small envelopes that we are unable to use.
There is a limit to what we can send people by post, our web sites have more information than would fit in a book. We try to make what we are sending out relevant to both general club information and membership, basics on self build and any special items being promoted by us in press releases at the time.
If your article has a specific theme and you are able to email us a copy or just a note relating to any special information that you feel we should include to your readers and make sure you tell them to mention the publication, we will do our best to make sure we send out relevant information.
If you have an idea for an article and this article would benefit from a special publication to to be available, then please come up with suggestions, and we will, where we can, produce it and make it available to your readers. Producing something in co-operation with you is not normally a problem but on some occasions we may need time to schedule it in, so cannot always do it on demand. We have a high speed print on demand facility available to us, so getting material printed when need, is not a problem for us.
