You then send us the certificate and the bill for the Champagne and dispatch costs. The nice thing about this is it gives you the chance to do a follow up when they have plans in place and again when they move in. As they have sent the certificate to you, we are not breaching any confidentiality. You can see this presents the opportunity for a promotion, happy news, and becomes a repeatable circle of events. This could be a general promotion or tied to a specific topic like affordable homes, a person being able to get a home who never thought they would be able to. This could be also tied in with a campaign fronted by you and also involving the Affordable Homes Project, to get far more homes for many local people at prices they can afford.
