As an international club, we redirect emails to those who have been commissioned for us to provide local services, and should be with them in minutes. Please use the emails on this page, rather than going direct to service providers. All emails below go via our HQ web sites and as well as redirecting them we are able to spot check that all is working as it should be. If you feel that any part of our service is not working well or you identify any area that can be improved please let us know using the email address shown below against monitoring and quality control.

Confidentiality and Avoiding junk emails

All information sent to us is confidential, we will never pass your email or any information on you, on to anyone other than those who are providing services for us and we have an agreement with every service provider that they will not disclose this information, or sell emails  or add them to lists.

In order to cut down on the amount of junk emails we have to filter out, the emails addresses are shown below in a table, rather then as direct email addresses you can click on, as robots are less able to hoover up these. We may change email addresses from time to time so please check here if you have any problems.

The club, Self Build Homes Club llc, is an international club operating now to provide help to members in many countries. It does not have an office of its own within the UK, but uses commissioned service providers to meet the service needs of members in each country. It has a range of these providing a quality service in the UK. Members in the UK get we believe, a better service by these arrangements than we could be sure of providing if we set up an office to provide this directly in the UK, as many of the service providers we are using have a lot of experience of doing the same for other non profit companies and clubs in the UK.

The club services division of Maximum Coverage Ltd,  manage all administration and accounting operations including managing subscriptions and the points scheme for people in the UK for us. They have been doing the same for many years now for a range of non profit organizations and clubs.

Education and PR in the UK is handled by Self Build Homes Club Ltd, this is a company that has been set up to allow the name of the club to be protected in the UK and to handle education and PR in the UK. It is a service provider not a part of the supply of member services, or an agent of the international club that members join. You can disregard this for now as all mail is sent to club services at this time. Within the next year, we plan to have separate addresses for club services and other correspondence like enquiries and education being handled by specific service providers.

It was set up by a number of organizations including New Atlantis a non profit company registered in the UK, with the objective of improving peoples lives and history going back over 40 years and the Property Pension Club another UK company.

Individual would be self builders, or people looking for free help

A few things that may help:- 

If you are not a member then we cannot, 

• offer a free consultancy service
• take details of what you are interested in and contact you when we have projects coming up that may suit you
• sell you plots or tell you where any plots are 
• sort out problems you are having with a builder, local authority or anyone else 
• sell you a clubs trade card
• put you touch with members, our consultants or  anyone

We do not offer a consultancy service to non members, you may find that one of the consultancy services offered by the Property Pension Club could help you. They however do not have any free consultancy services. Some magazines have help columns and at some self build shows the magazines experts offer some free advice.
