Membership conditions - introduction

The objectives of the club is to empower and assist members in building their dream homes profitably, not to administer red tape. Rules however are necessary as they form the agreement between the club and its members, the members know both what to expect and what is expected of them. 

Within a club they also in part, perform a second role of a prospectus of what the club objectives are, what it is aiming to achieve, and how it proposes to achieve this.

From this page you will see that you can get to 3 sets of rules, 

• The short ones cover the same ground far quicker than the full ones and in effect a shortened version of the  rules, containing the principle rules you have to abide by, as a member of the club. Printed out through a word processor they are just over 2 A4 pages in length.
• The full rules, are the main rules of the club, they are written in English but quite long, as they have loads of explanations. Printed out with a word processor they are about 17 A4 pages in length. This has the benefit of not just giving rules but explaining the reasons why they exist and covering the ways that the club can meet its objectives. This does not cover the full rules of the Bpoints program, but does cover some of the major points.
• Bpoints program rules, deal just with the full rules of the Bpoints program. The reason for this is in part, because it is a NAISC project, and not a part of this club. It is beneficial to have it separate so that members and others can refer to it specifically without getting lost in the depth of the club rules.  This will be useful in the future as the program is to be a shared across a number of clubs eventually.

Printer friendly versions soon

Soon a new section is to be added to this website, printout central, and at that point you will also be able to download copies of the rules in a printer friendly format. A lot of other material including tutorials and articles is also be become available in a printer friendly format.
